He was the personnel manager and marketing director for the Africa Athletics League in September 2018 to open the Msunduzi Athletics Stadium. He is passionate about the expansion of athletics in South Africa and improved opportunities for athletes and coaches to develop and impact the world.

He is the Chairperson for Fort Napier Hospital Board and is on the board of directors for Haven Sanctuary (a shelter for battered women and children). He is a man of God and serves as an Elder at IAM Christian Church in South Africa.
